What is the minimum quantity I can order?  100 is the minimum per design

Can I order multiple designs for that minimum? Our pricing is per design, with a minimum of 100 per design. We can do variants within that 100 though.  So if you're looking for different color ways, feel free to contact us using the Contact Us form. 

Can I get a quote?  Sure!  Most of our pricing is accurate on the website, but if you need a quote for a quantity or product that's not listed, just reach out using the Contact Us form. We'll be happy to get you a quote for any product, at any quantity over the minimum. 

Can I see a proof before I purchase?  Once the order is placed, you'll work with the design team to get your proofs approved.  We do not begin production until you approve the proof. 

How much money does this cost?  Prices are clearly stated online for our most popular products.  If you'd like a quote for a quantity or item that's not listed, please email us using the Contact Us form and submit your artwork through the link. 

Can I order an odd quantity that is not listed?  Absolutely!  Just reach out for a quote using the Contact Us form. 

Can I cancel after I place the order?  Once production has begun, the order can not be cancelled.  We always strive to meet the needs of the customer, and if there is an issue with your order please contact us using the Contact Us form. 

Will you update my price if my size changes during proofing?  There are often changes made often during the design process.  Size or style changes can happen, and we will invoice or refund the difference accordingly. 

Can I reorder a different amount?  Of course!  Just reach out to us using the Contact Us form and we can help you out. 

Can I place an order by phone?  We prefer to operate by email, so communication is clear. However, if you need to reach us by phone please submit a request through the "contact us" form, and a member of the team will call you back. 

Can I change the artwork after I order?  All orders come with unlimited artwork drafts!  You will have direct communication with your artwork rep once your order is placed. Please discuss artwork changes with them directly. Note: once artwork has been approved for production, changes can no longer be made. 

Can I change the order quantity during the proofing process?  Sure! Any changes made during proofing process will be billed on a separate invoice.
